What if multiple staff members scan the same visitor?

It counts as one lead. Your entire team can scan freely without worrying about duplicate charges.

Do I have to unlock all my leads?

No. Your billing page shows all leads pre-selected. Deselect the ones you don't need, then pay for the rest in a single checkout.

Is there a minimum purchase?

No. Unlock as few or as many leads as you want — even one at a time. There is no minimum order.

When do I pay?

Whenever you're ready. The billing page is always accessible, but most vendors unlock after the event when they know which leads matter.

Are notes and scans free?

Yes, always. You only pay when you choose to reveal a lead's full contact details (email, phone, zip).
