WHAT WE DO
121Notes is a trade show lead capture and event intelligence platform. Vendors scan visitor badges to capture leads in under a second, add conversation notes while they’re fresh, and see full contact details for every lead they capture. Visitors keep their own private notes. Event organizers get real-time analytics on attendance, vendor performance, and sponsor ROI. Vendors and attendees use the app for free; the event coordinator pays a single flat activation fee to open the event, priced by the number of vendors on the floor.
WHY WE BUILT IT
Trade shows are expensive. Vendors pay for booths, travel, and lodging, but the most valuable thing they leave with — the conversations — usually evaporates within days. Most lead capture tools punish vendors with seat fees, subscriptions, and annual contracts that charge for every staff member whether they scan one badge or a hundred. We thought the model should be simpler: the coordinator pays one flat fee to run the event, and every vendor and attendee gets the full app for free.
