121Notes is a trade show lead capture and event intelligence platform. Vendors scan visitor badges to capture leads in under a second, add conversation notes while they’re fresh, and unlock full contact details only for the leads worth following up on. Visitors keep their own private notes. Event organizers get real-time analytics on attendance, vendor performance, and sponsor ROI. Scanning, notes, and analytics are always free; you only pay $1 when you choose to reveal a lead’s full contact info.
WHY WE BUILT IT
Trade shows are expensive. Vendors pay for booths, travel, and lodging, but the most valuable thing they leave with — the conversations — usually evaporates within days. Most lead capture tools punish you with seat fees, subscriptions, and annual contracts that make you pay for every staff member whether they scan one badge or a hundred. We thought the model should be simpler: scan everyone, only pay for the leads you actually want.
